Ze względu na powszechną naukę języka angielskiego, komunikat nie jest chwilowo tłumaczony. Czeka na ochotnika, ( któryś z naszych młodych i ambitnych zawodników ) który go przetłumaczy, do czego szczerze zachęcam.

1. Organising authority and venue.
The World Championship 2009 for DN Junior and Ice Optimist will be organised by the Swedish Ice Sailing Federation under authority of IDNIYRA Europe represented by the Junior Programme Manager.
The primary sites are lake Runn (Falun), lake StorsjÜn (Arsunda), lake Mälaren (Vasteras), lake Hjälmaren (Fiskeboda) and the Hudiksvall area.
2. Eligibility.
All competitors shall be members of their National DN fleets. All DN and Ice Optimist ice yachts shall meet the requirements of Official Class Specifications. Ice optimists must have disc and Optimist logo in sail.
3. Entry and registration.
Online registration www.icejunior.eu will be the primary method of Registration Closing date for entry: 22. Feb 2009 - 24:00 European time (GMT +1).
All entries later will be considered late entries with double fees.
Entry fee can be paid at check in or transferred to Swedish Ice Sailing Federation bank account
Entry fee is 30 € per sailor (DN or Ice Optimist)

6. Races, scoring, advertising.
The championships will be sailed and scored in compliance with NIA and IDNIYRA By-Laws, Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions. The Sailing Instructions may be modified at the Skippers Meeting.
IDNIYRA BY-Laws B.12 will apply with the amendment that each participant may be obligated to attach advertisement or other information from organisers to the hull.
7. Liability and insurance.
The Organising Authority of the Event and all parties involved in organising it do not accept any liability for loss of life and property nor personal injury or damage of property.
Every competitor is responsible in every respect for the way he or she sails.
Entries are only accepted with a proof of valid third party liability insurance that must be presented at check-in. Minimum insurance amount 500 000€. Single event insurance policy can be bought at check in. Cost 40€ per sailor.
8. Anti-Doping policy.
IDNIYRA -Europe has implemented the Anti-Doping Programme of the World Anti-doping Agency.
9. Accommodation.
Information about accommodation will be posted on the regatta website
